Role Description

We're seeking a Research Associate who's obsessed with technology, immersed in internet culture, and excited about early-stage ideas. You'll help surfacing high-quality dealflow, synthesize emerging trends, and engage directly with founders and builders.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet early-stage startups, projects, and creators to support high quality deal flow
• Track macro trends across Web3, AI, media, and internet culture to analyze opportunities
• Support dealflow, research, and decision-making processes and collaborate with DAO Leads to bring the best opportunities forward
• Build relationships with founders and stay close to the edge of innovation

Requirements

You're deeply curious with a passion for understanding emerging technology and markets. an analytical thinker with strong research skills and a passion for understanding emerging technologies and markets.

• Can break down trends in Web3, startups, and consumer tech
• Experience with market analysis
• Excellent written communication
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Very online - you spot early signals and can DM when needed
• Experience in venture, startups, or early-stage research is a plus, but not required
