Since 2017, we’ve launched 20+ DAOs, deployed over $150M across 300+ projects, and built the legal and technical infrastructure that powers The LAO, Flamingo DAO, and dozens of other investment communities. Now we’re building ADIN, an AI platform that brings speed and intelligence to how decentralized networks invest and govern themselves.
Founded by Aaron Wright, we are a DAO studio, an investment network, and an AI company. The problem we’re solving requires all three.

A future where digital organizations are as common as corporations, and anyone anywhere can participate in building and governing the things that matter to them. The internet made information borderless. We’re building the infrastructure to make capital and coordination borderless too.
